0–3s
The Hook
Lead with the result or the mistake, never your name or channel. "This one SOQL mistake crashed 40k records" beats "Hey guys, welcome back."
3–10s
The Promise
State exactly what they'll walk away knowing, in one sentence. Specific > vague: "3 governor-limit-safe patterns" not "some Apex tips."
10–20s
Credibility (fast)
One line max — a stat, a cert, a student outcome. Never a full bio here; save it for the About section.
20–40s
The Roadmap
Preview the 2–4 steps you'll cover, on-screen as a mono numbered list (matches the platform's numbered-list visual language) — gives permission to skip ahead.
40–60s
Transition In
A single hard cut or brand-bar wipe (see Motion Guidelines) into the first content beat. No fade, no "let's dive in" filler line.
CLOSE
The Closure
Recap the promise in one line → tease the next video/lesson by name → single clear CTA (subscribe, or "next lesson"). Never stack more than one CTA.
